Students of Grenoble Ecole de Management can now experience life in beautiful Montreal while broadening their business acumen and expanding their professional network thanks to a new partnership with McGill University’s School of Continuing Studies.

GEM Students will get to experience the many wonderful cultural events and festivities Montreal has to offer, while spending up to 12 months at the School of Continuing Studies to complete a graduate diploma in topics such as Management, Applied Marketing, Public Relations and Communications Management, Entrepreneurship and more. Upon completion of their program, students will have earned credits toward their program back in France and their degree from GEM. Two Master’s Degree students are already slated to join the McGill School of Continuing Studies for the 2020-21 academic year.

“Exchange programs such as this are essential for the modern businessperson as they teach the cross-cultural skills that are necessary to succeed in today’s international marketplace,” says Guy Mineau, Director of Faculty Partnerships and Summer Studies at McGill’s School of Continuing Studies.
“GEM was a natural choice for us as its located in what is known as the Silicon Valley of France due to its reputation as a major industrial research hub and vibrant city and since GEM’s Board of Directors is appointed by Grenoble’s Chamber of Commerce, the school’s leadership ranks among the most influential people in the world”.

Participants will be selected on the basis of merit without regard to race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, age, sex, marital status, physical handicap, or sexual orientation. Applicants must meet mutually acceptable academic and/or professional qualifications and standards to be accepted.

Situated in the heart of the city of Montreal on the main campus of one of Canada’s leading universities, the McGill School of Continuing Studies offers innovative programs and cross-disciplinary curricula that aim to help adult students realize their personal and professional goals and thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Grenoble Ecole de Management has earned both national and international recognition. Founded in Grenoble, a city of science and technology, the school has developed solid expertise in the management of technology and innovation – enabling GEM to expand its research, teaching and expertise to meet challenges in the digital world, healthcare, energy, entrepreneurship, sharing economy and geopolitics.
