With a passion for designing games and game mechanisms to support innovation processes and inspire entrepreneurship, Hélène is a leading expert on the topic, including :  key note speaker in major conferences, Jury member for MIT Global Start-up Workshop, Re-Imagine Education Wharton, AMBA Innovation Awards and collaboration with the European Commission. She has given conferences on Gamification & Innovation and facilitating sessions for various international such as;  Engie, Michelin, Renault, etc.

Gamification is used by major companies for different purposes: brand image (Reveal Game by L'Oreal), talent detection (SAFRAN with the Virtual Regatta Game), Recruitment (Accenture and Daesign Game) or Training (Renault has more than 7 games to help sales men improve customer profiling).

While serious games reverse the classical top-down learning process, the best serious games don't just facilitate knowledge transfer, they facilitate innovation too. For example, the 57,000 players of the virtual puzzle Foldit are contributing to scientific research on different diseases through protein folding, as well as learning about molecular biology.

This talk will provide a panorama of cases of Gamification & Innovation, explain the key mechanisms and trends, and make participants experiment several mechanisms. How can managers use gamification in their innovation strategy? What are the methods and the new key performance indicators? How does it impact the recruitment of the teams member and the shape of the office?
