The Institute for Consumer Capital is a  forum for exchange, knowledge and excellence dedicated to problems concerning satisfaction, loyalty, complaints and innovation in customer relationships thanks to:

  • permanent exploitation of best professional practices and the latest developments in academic research;
  • a contribution to innovation and the increase of knowledge in this field.

The Institute conducts its research in partnership with research laboratories and the most advanced companies in this sector, encouraging:

  • exchange of best practices;
  • the dissemination of knowledge to three, complementary audiences: researchers, organisations (companies, local authorities…) and students.
