Research, Innovation, Inclusion, and the Fight Against Student Insecurity: Join Us in Making a Difference with Grenoble Ecole de Management and its Foundation
GEM Foundation
Promoting Human and Responsible Management
The foundation's focus is on fostering human and responsible management to create value that aligns with the goals and needs of every member of our society.
As a public-interest organization, the GEM Foundation strengthens Grenoble Ecole de Management's commitment to societal impact, being the first business school to become a mission-driven company.
Through the Foundation, companies and individuals have the opportunity to actively contribute to issues that have a broad impact on society, such as digital transformation, healthcare, energy, regional transitions, women's entrepreneurship, and diversity and inclusion in business.
Thanks to the generosity and dedication of our donors and sponsors, including alumni and companies, our initiatives benefit students, businesses and all stakeholders of the School.

Supporting Initiatives with Social Impact
Provide equal opportunities through student grants and scholarships
- By participating in solidarity initiatives, such as "helping hand" and "emergency" grants, we offer one-time assistance to GEM students facing significant challenges, such as health issues, family breakdowns, or disabilities.
- Through social and merit scholarships, we help deserving students from modest backgrounds gain access to higher education by partially funding tuition fees or living expenses.
Shape the future together by supporting a chair
Through GEM's six research and teaching chairs, we bridge the gap between research and society. By funding new research and disseminating the findings widely, we aim to enhance student education and contribute to societal improvement.
Governance
The foundation operates under the leadership of an executive committee comprising representatives from our sponsors and qualified leaders. We maintain transparency in the allocation and utilization of your funds.
The Foundation is chaired by Charles Marcolin, Chairman and Founder KORUS Group.
