Pacifying economic and social relations
The concept of economic peace was created by business leaders and researchers who desired a counterbalance to the hyper-competitiveness in business, which is responsible for many deteriorations due to a confusion between the increasing of GDP and that of well-being.
The goal of economic peace is to reinvent a vision of the workplace that supports collaborative behavior, sharing and benevolence instead of an aggressive stance based on domination.
This cause is being further developed and expanded by our Chair for Economic Peace, Mindfulness and Well-being at Work.
