Pierre-Yves Sanséau is Professor for Human Resource Management, Organizational behavior and Management at Grenoble Ecole de Management. He holds a Ph.D. and a HDR in business administration from the University of Lyon (France), a MBA (Montreal, Canada) and a M.Sc. in political sciences. His teaching interests are in the areas of HRM, Management of Competences, Cross cultural Management, Organizational Behaviour, Diversity Management, Career Development, Leadership, Work-life integration. He has published in Journal of Applied Business Research, Journal of Systemics, Cybernetics and Informatics, Personnel Review, Carrierologie Canada, Qualitative Research, Revue Française de Gestion, Gestion 2000 among others and presented 30 research papers in international scientific conferences (Academy of Management Meetings, ASAC Canada, World Multi-Conference on Systemics, Cybernetics and Informatics USA, Industrial Relations in Europe Conference, AGRH, EDINEB, etc.). His research interests include management of technology, management of competences, working time, work-life integration, work-family balance, well-being at work, life-long learning.
