After earning a Master of Science degree in Creative Studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo State, Josh worked for six total years in the field of creativity & innovation for both a global theme park and entertainment company and a professional sports team. Josh researches how employees can get their ideas successfully diffused throughout organizations. When he is not researching and studying, Josh is usually enjoying either the Grenoble outdoors or its food indoors.
