Isabelle Galois-Faurie has a PhD in Management Sciences. She is graduated from IAE Lyon School of Management. She studied temporary workers’loyalty to temp agencies, working in partnership with Adecco, the world leader in human resources solutions. Her current research focuses on organisational identity. She teaches organisational behavior, human resource management and leadership in the Grande Ecole Program and International programs.
