Barthélemy Chollet is a full professor at Grenoble Ecole de Management. His research looks at how people build their networks of personal relationships and how the latter influence their performance, especially in knowledge-intensive firms. It has appeared in journals such as Journal of Business Research, Research Policy, Journal of Small Business Management, or Journal of Vocational Behavior. Over 15 years of experience in academia, he has taught, designed or supervised modules in operations management, innovation, quantitative methods, network analysis, etc. in programs ranging from undergrad' to PhD. His current focus, teaching-wise, is on making integrative business games (CESIM Global Challenge) a great experience for GEM Masters students.
