Armelle Godener is Director of Pedagogy at Grenoble Ecole de Management. She is therefore responsible for the development of students' skills, with the strong support of the Faculty Dean and the heads of departments and teaching teams, through the supervision of the evolution of programme contents, the development and deployment of the GEM Learning Model in all GEM programmes, the training and pedagogical support of teachers, the support of students, as well as the activities of the Library. She was previously in charge of the Management - Law - Finance department and of the Franco-Norwegian marketing programme at GEM. She teaches Management accounting and management control. Her research work focuses on the impact of management control on behaviour and on measuring the performance of R&D activities. Pedagogical innovation is also a strong interest. She holds a PhD and an Habilitation to Supervise Research in Management Sciences from IAE Grenoble - Université Pierre Mendes France, and is a graduate of ESCP-EAP.
