Alex Cayrol is a PhD candidate and has been a GEM employee since September 2017. Following his training as a general engineer at the school of Arts et Métiers in Cluny, he obtained a double degree at UQAR (Lévis, Quebec) where he completed a master's degree in project management, in order to complete his technical knowledge with a managerial training. Eager to deepen his knowledge, he decided to write a thesis on technological entrepreneurship in Quebec in order to pursue a high-level international academic career. Admitted to the GEM doctoral program, he is currently writing his thesis on the effect of emotions on creative processes in business.
