Update 29/09/2020: Covid19 Steering committee meeting update
Following the speech of the President E. Macron, and looking forward to our meeting tomorrow, Friday, on Teams (at 11.00 or 14.00, according to the choice you have made):
as a first measure because it already has an impact tomorrow, Friday – confinement starting this night, Thursday, at midnight – and in alignment with the government's request :
During this period of confinement – from tomorrow, Friday – if your work allows it, you must give priority to WFH up to 100% of your working time. Simply, you need to talk with your manager, whom I ask to get closer to you, Likewise, I am asking the members of the Executive Committee to get closer to the managers of their teams, as soon as possible.
Indeed, because during this period – except information to the contrary from the government – all GEM buildings (Grenoble and Paris) will remain open, some services may require – at special times – your presence at the school (e.g. to meet with students, etc.)
- for a number of days per week to be determined; this number may change during this containment period)
- at the same time, we are looking at the best solution for your business travel authorizations).
On their side, and today:
- Jean-François Fiorina will make a specific communication for students.
- And Federico Pigni will make a specific communication for the Faculty.
Finally, during this period of confinement, we organise ourselves, with Jean-François, so that each day at least one of us is present on site.
I wish you all a good day,
