2020 Intake information: Measures and decisions taken by Grenoble Ecole de Management
Program information sessions and webinars are maintained in order to prepare for post Covid-19. The crisis will eventually come to an end, and even in these uncertain times, students are preparing to head off to higher-education institutions in 2020. We strive to give them all the necessary information for them to best prepare their future.
Competitive entrance exam – information page on the GEM website
Jean-François Fiorina, Vice-Dean of GEM, takes part in the different "Chapitre" meetings to take action regarding the entrance exam to the Grande Ecole. He also heads the crisis management team for the Passerelle exam, and discusses on his blog the challenges of Covid-19 for the international higher-education community.
An "Open Letter to those who have chosen (or will choose) GEM to pursue their higher-education starting in 2020" highlights the school's determination to offer students, regardless of the current context and always by prioritizing everyone's safety, training and guidance that will allow them to become managers of a more resilient, just, peaceful and responsible world.
A new video: "Being a student at GEM"
Produced in partnership with the Grenoble Bproduction agency, with a cast made entirely of GEM students and staff-members, the film shows off to applicants the institution, the city of Grenoble and its unique atmosphere, just as they would have witnessed it if they had come to GEM for their entrance exam.

Provide information on the entrance exam, training, student life, with quizzes, videos and interactive guides.
A team of 20 online administrators to offer guidance to the Grande Ecole Program applicants
First Year students carrying out their internship at GEM working 100% remotely to inform and reassure applicants, give an overview of student life at GEM, and show just how much they are attached to their school. They will be available until August, 2020 to answer applicant queries.
Interactive discussions
Q&A sessions or live presentations on Facebook and Instagram during the entire recruitment process for Grande Ecole and Bachelor in International Business applicants. Students and directors answer queries on the programs, the institution, and the city.
A geopolitics website
In partnership with Major Prépa, the website offers great insights for both personal and educational purposes to prepare exams: - Geopolitical analyses by topic written by Jean-François Fiorina, including one on the year 2019-2020. - A unique access to geopolitical resources via the GEM library.
A partnership with Mister Prépa to help the website visitors explore GEM thanks to live streaming, articles, videos and quizzes. As of May, and until August, some of the GEM online admin students are becoming spokespersons for the institution via the Mister Prépa website.
Passerelle Exam: membership collaborative actions
The partners are organizing Q&A sessions on Instagram, with directors' videos, as well as student and graduate testimonials.
