Dominique Steiler is head of the Center for Personal and Managerial Development and a professor of Management and Behavior at Grenoble Ecole de Management.
His role at the Center encompasses teaching, research, and executive coaching. Mr. Steiler began his career as a behavioral science lecturer at the University of Nancy. He later enlisted in the French Navy’s Fleet Air Arm and spent six years as a fighter pilot, because he wanted to be able to draw upon personal experience in his research on stressful situations and performance. |
