The DBA Profile

This DBA is a 3-year, part-time, professional doctoral program aimed at experienced managers who want to bring impact to their organization and/or society by leveraging academic research to solve concrete organizational problems.

Program Structure

The Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) program is divided into two phases:

Participants are invited to attend an introductory workshop at our home campus in Grenoble, France. All other workshops will be held mostly online for the convenience of busy executives with a workshop mid-program in Los Angeles.

This part-time, online with in-person residencies, executive doctoral program can be completed while working.

Admission Requirements

Admissions Criteria
- Master’s degree in management or related field (MBA, MA, MSc or equivalent)
- Five years of professional management experience (pre- or post-master’s)
- Advanced proficiency in academic English (reading & writing)

Scholarships / Financial Aid
Scholarships available for GEM alumni and early applicants, profile pending
