Support For Internships

Internships may take place in France or abroad.

At GEM, we do everything possible to ensure each student is prepared to meet and interview with companies. We offer various workshops during your first year to help prepare your résumé, letter of motivation and interviews.

The Career Center is here to support you during your search and provide you with up to date internship and job offers. The Career Center also helps organize scholarships and recruitment events throughout the year, including our “36 hours recruitment” event.

Students may also take part in activities organized by the Center for Personal and Managerial Development. The Center provides advice and support for personal development and career projects.

Every internship and professional experience is followed by a school mentor. A student’s mentor is the primary contact during the experience.
A mentor:

  • Validates your internship or job tasks.
  • Stays in contact with the company and the student throughout the internship.
  • Ensures the internship or contract goes smoothly in accordance with the initial objectives and the student’s actual tasks.
  • Is available to help solve any delicate or difficult situations.
