MOOC - the Digital Transformation of Services and Companies
How should companies incorporate the digital transformation in their overall strategy, service offer, R&D policies and marketing? To learn the answer, sign up for the new Grenoble Ecole de Management MOOC in partnership with the Hardis Group. The MOOC will be launched on November 21st. It is aimed at professionals but can be followed by anyone who would like to learn more about the digital transformation of companies. Participation in this MOOC is free. You may request an optional certificate upon completing the MOOC (surcharge). The online class will last four weeks with approximately three hours of individual and group work per week.
The MOOC is divided into four modules:
- The digital transformation of companies: going from company to service company
- Service marketing, experiential marketing, digital marketing, viral marketing… Where do you stand?
- Designing the service offer and industrializing services
- How does the digital transformation affect our cognitive abilities? Collateral damage and the impact on the generations Y and Z
