Recognize innovative opportunities and master innovation emergence

Target Audience:

This hands-on operational and highly interactive seminar is aimed at managers or engineers who are confronted with issues such as searching and selling innovative ideas, building and implementing innovation projects. 

Over 3 days, in a team approach, you will learn by experimenting concrete situations and missions to explore, select and optimize the potential value of emerging ideas and you will:

  • Acquire fundamental knowledge on innovation management. 
  • Apply this knowledge to concrete situations of innovation emergence. 
  • Capitalize on experience in situations of innovation.


Program Content

Day 1:
The Challenge of innovation : Sylvie Blanco

Understand innovation strategies, organizational structures and innovation typologies
Apprehend and master business models to optimize the innovation process
Evaluate and optimize innovation-based value creation

Day 2 :
Testimonial : Eric Chaniot, author of “The Red Pill of Technology Innovation”.
During this seminar Eric will share his knowledge and experience in the innovation process with personal concrete examples of innovations ( HP, Apple..). He will recount his successes and failures and will outline the key strategies for you to design a successful product.

How to launch the business concept and capture the value: Sylvie Blanco
Define and master key success factors for promoting innovation within the company structure and teams.

Day 3:
Workshop: The Business Idea Lab: Michele Coletti

This workshop aims to enable you to apply the most effective tools to asses, improve and market innovations.
Part 1: Creativity and innovation
Creative techniques to generate original ideas
Tools for effective idea selection and strengthening
Part 2: The Business Idea in Action
Applying the business idea to technological innovations
An enhancer of success; identifying the best complementors and forge strategic alliances 

Biography of the trainers: 

Sylvie Blanco

  • Professor and Director of the CITE, (Centre of Innovation and Techno-Entrepreneurship at Grenoble Ecole de Management; dedicated to the production and dissemination of new practices for the emergence of radical innovation).
  • PhD in Business Administration 
  • Experienced consultant in high-tech business creation and early development in the field of micro-technologies.
  • Eric Chaniot :With 17 years experience in the area of innovation, Eric has written a book to help inventors to successfully bring their ideas to market.

    Michele Coletti is a member of the GGSB International Faculty and has demonstrated his know how as an executive trainer over many years in different areas of the world, his specialisations are innovation management and sales and negotiation techniques. 

    Program fees

    €1350 HT per participant (DIF capital = 20hrs): The fee includes all tuition, educational materials and coffee breaks. (With a training convention signed by your company, the training program is exempt from tax and so the HT price becomes the net price).

    Lunches are not included in the fees, if you wish to accompany the group for lunch, please register for this.
    Lunch costs 25€ and will be next to the school at the Novotel, Europole.
