Luxury Brand Management

The aim of this course is to provide students with an understanding of the principles and practices of strategic management of businesses in luxury.  Participants will examine the nature of managerial work including strategy, operations and project management, groups and teams and individual performance, and apply this within the context of organisations within the luxury goods sector.  The modules will develop participant ability to understand and critically appraise management tools and procedures within the sector.

Students with or without professional experience in the high growth luxury sector, who aim to build on past experience and an MBA degree in order to further their career in this direction.
