Corporate Finance I AND II

The investment/financing decision is important to all sectors of the economy and perhaps the single most important decision faced by managers of corporations is the selection and the financing of investment projects that maximise the shareholders' wealth. This seminar will provide the students with the elementary financial techniques used to evaluate the opportunity of investing.
