Consultant, lecturer and doctor in cognitive sciences, I followed and helped employees of large companies during their managerial and organizational transformations (Société Générale, PlasticOmnium, Essilor, the Rocher group, La Poste, the University of Lyon, etc.). These experiences led me to collaborate with the key members of these organizations: CE, HRD, health and safety committees, and training cluster.
My two research topics are: - How do working conditions affect our ability to concentrate? In particular, I focus my research on interruptions during the course of tasks at work. New links between technologies (e-mail, instant discussion, notifications, etc.) and attentional capacities (concentration, attention capture, multitasking, etc.) are especially appealing to me. I develop tools and approaches to better understand and manage these complex relationships. - What are the cognitive and emotional skills that will make a difference in the labor market in 2025 to compete with multiple Artificial Intelligences? It will necessarily be necessary to reinvent the current model of skills at work. This will of course affect the recruitment, skill growth and retention of talent within companies wishing to maintain a strategic lead in their market.
