Biography and contact information

Dominique Steiler is head of the Center for Personal and Managerial Development and a professor of Management and Behavior at Grenoble Ecole de Management.

His role at the Center encompasses teaching, research, and executive coaching.

Mr. Steiler began his career as a behavioral science lecturer at the University of Nancy. He later enlisted in the French Navy’s Fleet Air Arm and spent six years as a fighter pilot, because he wanted to be able to draw upon personal experience in his research on stressful situations and performance.

For the past fifteen years, Mr. Steiler has been applying his knowledge and experience to help management students, businesses, and institutions through coaching, training, and research.
